Longevity & Functional Health Coach

My path into functional health didn't start at a desk — it started with my own body. Today I combine research experience, years of personal exploration, and a systems-level perspective on health.

My story

It all started when my own body wasn't working the way it should.

As a child, I struggled with gut problems, had trouble concentrating, was easily distracted, and often felt exhausted. I needed much more rest than others just to get through the day. Exercise became my first lifeline — instinctively, I found that movement helped. But during university, things fell apart: poor nutrition, worsening intolerances, symptoms that kept coming back more often. They kept adding up, until the exhaustion became so overwhelming that I simply couldn't keep going. I went from one specialist to the next and got nowhere.

That's when I started researching systematically. I overhauled my diet, got targeted blood panels and microbiome tests done, dug into the research, and tried everything on myself. Every dietary approach, every supplement, every lifestyle change — always backed by lab work and careful observation. I still follow this approach today: what I recommend, I've tested on myself first.

When family members became seriously ill, I went even deeper. I joined communities, connected with patients and experts, and learned to connect ideas across very different fields.

The more I learned, the more friends and family came to me for advice — because I listen, ask the right questions, and see connections others miss.

My background

Scientist by profession. Health coach by conviction.

I hold a PhD in Natural Sciences with a broad foundation in physics, chemistry, microbiology, and genetics. I work in academic and industrial research, where I've learned to analyze complex systems, test hypotheses, and spot patterns that aren't obvious at first glance.

My expertise spans a wide range — and that's exactly my strength: nutrition and micronutrients, gut health, hormones, autoimmune conditions, allergies, ADHD, genetics, and longevity. That's what lets me see connections that are easily missed when you only look through one lens.

My philosophy

Health isn't a matter of luck. It's the result of choices you make over time.

Among my own family and friends, I see what that looks like: people in their 70s, some well into their 80s, who are still physically and mentally sharp — living independently, staying active, pursuing their passions. From them I've learned that a long, vital life doesn't happen by chance.

That's where I come in: bridging the gap between what research knows and what actually reaches you. Not as theory, but as a concrete, actionable plan — built around your values, your history, and your life.

How I work

Thoroughly prepared, with a clear process, and the time to truly listen.

After the free initial consultation, you decide at your own pace whether you'd like to work with me. Before our first session, I've already reviewed your health questionnaire and any existing lab results. I know your story, have identified initial patterns, and know which questions I want to ask you.

In the first session, we review my findings together. You share, I listen, ask follow-up questions, and explain what I see. By the end, you'll know which additional tests could be helpful.

In the following sessions, I lay out the full picture: What's connected? Where are the root causes? And most importantly — what can we actually do about it? You walk away with a personalized action plan: prioritized, practical, and at your pace.

Then we put the plan into action together. Lasting change takes time — and someone who stays by your side.

What I do differently

I don't just see isolated numbers. I see how they connect.

I bring together what's usually looked at in isolation: lab results, nutrition, stress patterns, daily routines, sleep, hormones, gut health. I work with all available data, look for patterns, and dig into the root causes of your symptoms — including figuring out which lab work is still missing.

For complex conditions, I search for solutions grounded in the latest research — thoroughly, critically, and with a commitment to truly understanding the science.

You tell me your story, and I listen. I pay attention to what matters to you. And together we find ways to make the recommendations work in your daily life. Because the best plan is worthless if you can't actually follow it.

Real results

Each of these people had a different story. But they all had one thing in common: they were stuck.

Autoimmune condition

Someone close to me was living with a complex autoimmune condition. Lifelong medication with significant side effects, years of seeing specialists with no clear answers. I began digging into the scientific literature, analyzing a wide range of lab values, and tracing how the symptoms connected at a cellular level. Targeted supplementation led to a remarkable improvement — far beyond what had seemed realistic.

ADHD

In one case, targeted changes to nutrition, micronutrients, and sleep brought ADHD symptoms under control to a degree that made daily life noticeably easier. In another case involving existing medication, the evening rebound was the main struggle. Through the same targeted approach, the rebound faded until it was no longer noticeable.

Vestibular disorder

A rare vestibular disorder — constant dizziness that severely affected daily life, and medication couldn't control it. Through targeted research, lab analysis, and a tailored supplement plan, things improved noticeably within weeks.

Cycle & PMS

Severe cycle irregularities and intense PMS symptoms that disrupted daily life every month. The root cause: specific micronutrient deficiencies that had never shown up in routine bloodwork. After a thorough analysis and targeted supplementation, the cycle stabilized and PMS symptoms improved significantly.

Daily life & wellbeing

Issues that sounded less dramatic at first but were taking a real toll on daily life: joint pain, exhaustion, hormonal shifts, sleep problems. In every case, the same approach: look closely, measure, understand the connections, and act with precision. And in every case, things got better.

These experiences come from people close to me. Every person is different, and individual results may vary.
