For over 15 years, functional health, nutrition, hormones, and longevity have been my passion — driven by my own experience and the scientific approach I bring from research: look closely, question everything, understand the connections. Is this medical treatment?

No. I'm not a physician and I don't make diagnoses. My coaching complements medical care — it doesn't replace it. I work with analysis, lifestyle changes, and evidence-based recommendations to help you take charge of your own health.

Who is this coaching for?

For anyone who doesn't want to leave their health to chance — whether your lab values look "normal" but you don't feel that way, you want to optimize proactively, or your body is going through changes you can't explain. No prior knowledge needed, just the willingness to understand.

Do I need lab results or a genetic test beforehand?

No, you don't need to bring anything. If you already have lab results or a genetic test, they'll naturally be part of the analysis. If not, we'll figure out together which tests make sense for you.

What happens in the initial consultation?

In a free 30-minute video call, we get to know each other. You tell me about your situation, and I'll share how I can help and whether we're a good fit.

How do sessions work?

All sessions are online via video call. All you need is a stable internet connection.

What languages do you coach in?

German and English.
